5+ years ago I came on as inside sales, quickly grew to Product Manager, Trainer and then business analyst. Things were going well, except the promises of improvements never came true. A couple of people with big egos in key positions bottle-necked the entire process of communication and shut-off anyone attempting to help growth and improvement.
