2 days after I applied I was invited for a 15 minute interview. It was rather informal but professional and I was asked some difficult questions but received very positive feedback. At the end of the interview, I was told that I can progress to the next stage where I have to fill out an online assessment test. I said I could do it the next day and I was reassured that I would hear back within 3 days after I completed the test. I did not hear back for a week after, which is when I reached out to the person I interviewed with, who sent me a generic e-mail to let me know that they will not be taking my application further.
