Then, on the 21st day, I receive a canned email stating they are not selecting me. What kind of organization has a potential employee spend three days-in-a-row on interviews and then does not send the candidate an email from one of the recruiters? This is likely an indication of the culture at the organization. A culture I never want to be a part of.
