It was a 3-day process. 1st-day assessment test and basic interview. 2nd day is field ability test and assess you how well you perform in the given task. 3rd is the final process were you get all the details of the company, what you have to do etc. On each day you will be eliminated if you don't pass the tasks.

1st round- general intro and brief intro about the companies working and all about their activity. Lots of candidates like everyone was invited and no pooling of talents, just randomly everyone was there from freshers to experienced person and also no facility of water / loo etc were provided and not at all a proper process.
