Started off with a phone interview with basic interview questions. Following that was an in person interview with the management. It was very lax and consisted of a tour of the lab and them discussing the position more in depth with you. They wanted you to know exactly what the position entails without any surprises which was great.

Seemed like they were rushed to find people and didn’t really take into account your schedule. They wanted me to come into the building for a tour within a week, despite not getting a interview for a few months.
