It was quite a casual interview. They were asking standard questions about the scope of current role and also explaining the requirements of interviewed role, and going through my resume. The process was straightforward and interviewers were nice.
simple straightforward. manager was kind and clear on expectations. typical interview questions, strengths/ weaknesses. candid and open which i thought might not be in a Japanese firm. big firm with a good mix of japanese and locals.
