Each step focused on both my experience and how I align with ENG’s collaborative culture and mission. I also completed a personality assessment to help tailor team dynamics. The final stage is a proposal meeting, where they’ll formally present their offer. It’s been a great experience overall — transparent communication and genuine engagement at every step.
