Initially sent a flat out rejection after applying, then sent a link to schedule a phone screening interview. Time of screening arrives, no call. Seems like a remarkably disorganized and disrespectful operation. Fortunately I'm working with a different companies hiring process at the same time and it is a night and day difference in communication.
