Recruiter screen (found me through LinkedIn), design team interview, and additional multi-team lead interview. First recruiter screen was pretty standard design/background questions. Second interview was more role specific and focused on day-to-day and overall design. Third interview was more about relationships with other teams and handling interpersonal communication.
