On first round with HR, they usually ask about your personality, your English knowledge, how fluent is your English. On second round it's purely technical and problem solving skills, you have to solve a programming puzzle on a white board on the fly. The third technical round as a candidate to join the project, it's very product specific and all the questions is focusing on your analytic thinking, how to solve unknown problems and problem solving skills. You have to focus on both technical and soft skills. The fourth round is with the Resource manager where you can negotiate on your salary and benefits.
