Ghosting: after a course of 3 interviews (with HR rep, hiring manager and a technical assessment) no feedback was provided. Even when specifically addressed the HR contact for feedback, got no answer.

We had three conversations. The first was with a recruiter. The second was with a Delivery Director, and the third and final was with a Senior Delivery Manager. After that came total silence. E-mails were left unanswered, the recruiter's phone number was inactive, etc. The ghosting, their choice of topics during the interview, and their attitude toward their chosen topics made me judge this experience as unfavorable.

Two main topics came up. The first was fixed price fixed scope projects and my experience with, and appetite for, them. The second was about team performance in an Agile setting and how to communicate to the customer about this.
