As per process there will be two round of interview. 1st round technical apxx 1hr 45 mins and 2nd round techno managerial. You need to follow up to get the feed back . I have cleared first two round and after followup they have conducted one surprise round (non technical) with director and never received feedback.

Two Technical+1 managerial+HR Technical rounds : In depth concepts of core java.Collections,Multithreading,scenario based question.Simple coding problem to be solved with pen and paper. Technical round is good. HR kept delaying the next schedule for managerial rounds. Not receiving the calls or didnt responded to mail. Eventually after 2 weeks I was told the position they were hiring for be kept on hold due to delayed projects and stuff. Luckily I got to know someone from my friends got the offer for same position and same role,since his was on quite a lower salary with his current package. Please consider candidates give thr 100% for interview..thr time,conveyance and if recruiter are not serious enough it may harm company's reputation.Respect others time and call candidates only if the company is having bandwidth / budget /positions for hiring.It shows company has got some real plans,otherwise it clear enough.
