Like every company conducts an HR interview round to judge your personality, your strengths, your weaknesses, your capability to handle the role, to check your background, and to understand if you're the right fit for this job. The HR round is generally the last round in the recruitment process of any company.

Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn then got call and interview was scheduled on Sunday.
Interview included questions from development, delivery manager role, project management, solution architect role and agile methodology.
After going through this interview on Sunday, I was expecting at least a feedback even negative one was fine.
But even after dropping email and contacting recruiter on LinkedIn they could not even reply back.
Worst interview experience in my entire career.
