Rounds:
Round 1 technical happened almost2 hrs. Asked write almost 7-8 programs
Next, they directly proceed with the offer discussion
While discussing they provided me a very good package its almost more than 100% from my current salary but they released offer with the different number
Points to note:
I applied for a full-time remote work
Only less than 2 weeks notice period they mentioned in offer
Many terms mentioned in an offer that could say that "No Job Security"
They have two split-ups Fixed pay(Very less amount) + Fixed project pay (If no project allocated only fixed pay you will get)
If you are ready to join EPAM Remote Employee, Read the offer carefully 10 times, clarify all the questions and ready to take risks. All the best!

overall, it was good. They asked many technical questions and also HR asked many personal like work related questions. World experience is very good but I declined the offer. because the payment was less than I expected, and it was not describe the description of job.

The interview process has 3 rounds consisting of
1. one technical Round (TL1)
2. Another Technical Round (TL2)
and 3. HR Round (HR).
Overall the complexity is kind of an average level for these interviews.

The questions asked in the technical interview were of medium complexity: Method overriding, SOLID Principle, Steps to create an Immutable Class, Questions related to collections (e.g. ArrayList vs LinkedList, when to use what time complexity of deletion from an ArrayList (deletion is very easy but the right shifting of remaining list elements is what makes it complex) vs LinkedList, How HashSet stores values, TreeMap vs LinkedHashMap and when to use what, Question on transient and volatile variables, How to create your own effectively final variable?
Print the numbers from a list whose 2nd digit is ONE(”1”). e.g. i/p [1, 8, 2123, 612, 51] o/p [2123, 612, 51]
Find the maximum frequency of a character in the string and print true if the frequency is even else print false. e.g. i/p “aaavvvvvbb” o/p false (since v occurs 5 times(max freq) and its odd)
