After completing stage 1 training, I got a call from a hiring manager from Epam Uzbekistan. He was very polite and helpful. He asked general questions, like what I like about programming, what challenges have I faced working in a team, etc. In the end, he allowed me to ask any questions if I had any, and I was able to get the answers I was curious about.
