Terrible experience, first round was screening. The 2nd technical round was with a grumpy team lead.
He had a very serious, grumpy face throughout the interview and blasting questions. Never received any feedback on the interview. EPAM should ask positive, happy employees to take interviews rather than frustrated employees.

The hiring process on EPAM was great, they kept me posted on the process all the time. The hiring process seemed professional, unfortunately at the end I was not hired but I can recognized that EPAM would be great place to work
