They found me on LinkedIn, we scheduled a meeting and I had my first interview with an HR girl, she explained the process, benefits and they asked me some questions to get to know more about my professional experience, a week later I had my technical interview, they asked me about my overall experience with Python, Frameworks, Infrastructure on AWS, and some other questions about my experience, I also had to solve an easy algorithm, then, after 2 weeks, another tech interview with one of their clients, they only asked me about my overall experience, and explained to me the project they were working on, I also had to solve another easy algorithm(counting occurrences within a dict), they asked me about some of the technologies they used with the project, I didn't have experience working with some of them but I knew some alternatives, apparently they liked me but they went for another candidate, they put me on the waiting list for other projects, I was on their waiting list for about 3 months and they kept on telling me that there were no open positions yet and they would keep their eyes open, the communications are slow with this company.
