All online. 1st interview with a recruiter, 2nd with direct manager and his manager to assess process and technical knowledge, 3rd with manager to assess my soft skills.
Recruiter interview was about the company and high level intro about myself. 2nd interview diving deeper into my experience and process knowledge. 3rd interview to assess how I view the work, and to see if there is personal touch with the manager.
