I was interview led for the role of Management Trainee client reporting. Firstly they start with interview and then about your strength and weakness. What you wanna do in 5 years? They asked questions related to basic accounting and some journal entries like deferred revenue expenditure and so on

included 5 stages- an telephone interview, a online assessment test, two technical rounds with the managers and one G+ test.
the technical round were easy, i found g+ test quite difficult..

The interview process is quite long.
After my third round got over, I waited for over 14 days to receive a feedback from the HR. After 14 days, I thought of mailing them to check on my candidature. I received a call exactly after 5 minutes of sending the mail, and got to know that although the feedback against my third round interview was great, they decided to go with a candidate who was immediately available. I was also asked to fill up a new candidature through a new email address and go through the whole cumbersome process again, if I still gad interest in their company.
