The interview process at EPIC semiconductors starts with a screening test to find candidates who are eligible for the intellectual workload. The test is performed in a room of about five other candidates and a member of staff.

They essentially had a group of people taking an exam involving a section on electronics, a section on debugging code, and some hardware questions. The second interview was an in person interview for which they recieved me 25m~ late.

Online application. Heard back after a week and interviewed in June. The test took place online with camera and online monitoring. You just have to complete and send it back.
