I applied online and was contacted a few weeks later for a phone interview. I was a few hours away from the office, so my second interview was done via video conference, but I believe others had their second interview in the office. I was a final candidate and they didn't feel comfortable making a decision without having me come to the office. The office interview, my third interview with them, lasted 1.5 or 2 hours. I talked with two account supervisors, an account coordinator that had been there a year or so, and one of the partners. I had already presented to one of the account supervisors in the video interview and most of the questions and conversation seemed to revolved around how I'd fit in at the agency. We even discussed Myers-Briggs placements. I was encouraged to be myself and felt very comfortable in the interview. Ultimately they chose another candidate because they felt the fit was a little better.
