Received an automated email that my application will not be considered unless I do a 5 question video interview. This is ridiculous... I already applied for the job and now they want even more from me before considering me as an applicant? Where is my video from ER2 explaining why I am a good candidate??? Waste of time and it was eye opening that this is not a good company to work for
