Colloquio
After application, I had a phone screening interview with a senior management person. It was very casual, she basically asked me about my education and experience - no tough interview questions. She asked me to come in for an in person interview. At the interview, we went out for lunch and talked about all the sectors of ERM, and how the company works. Again, no though interview questions. I was asked to come in for another in person interview, in which I was interviewed by another senior management person. The interview was very casual once again, and focused on my education, experience, likes and dislikes.
After the interview, I did not hear from ERM for several weeks. I called them, only to be told that they were waiting on some large contracts to come in before they hired me. After a couple more weeks, I called again, and they offered me a position to start 3 weeks later.

None - they hardly asked me anything at all. It was basically them just talking about how the company works, and where it's going to go. It all seemed so promising.
The interview was for first online questionnaire with also a video portion of you answering questions. After this first phase you can then move into an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of two panels where you can meet people from different levels in the company.

The hiring process took 3+ months. I submitted an application in January. Heard back from HR a few weeks later who had me fill out a questionnaire. About a week and a half later I heard back from HR again who scheduled a phone interview with me. The questions were mostly about my experience. About a 2 weeks later, I was brought in for an interview with the managers I'd be working with. This was a series of 20 minute interviews with a bunch of managers in the department I'd be working with. Nothing they asked me was too tricky, mostly questions from my resume. The whole process has been a positive experience so far and the HR woman who has been dealing with my hire has been extremely professional and really helpful through the whole process.

Phone interview with hiring personnel from a different office.
In person interview with office manager.
Second interview with a project manager.
All three were simple, easy-going interviews. They want someone they can talk to easily. Just have a conversation with the person on the other side of the phone/table and you will do just fine. Be friendly, polite, and don't be shy.
