Pretty straightforward interview process. The interview panel had 3-4 folks who'd be on my team which was really helpful. I was able to gauge team dynamics. The questions were pretty generic and mainly behavioral. They also had me walk them through my resume.

Very chilled and casual. Make sure your CV is tip top as this is the main focus of how you get your interview and the interview is then just very chatty.

Mostly to see if you would fit in with the team. Very little competency questions were asked.
It started with an apt test in the assessment centre and with the face to face interview afterwards. The arrangement was poor as you would need to use calculator during the apt test, without telling the process in advance.

Interview was quick and pretty standard. However I didn’t hear back until almost a year later when I applied to another job in a different department. I guess they forgot to send my rejection email?
