Interviewed multiple times by head of consulting and others as well as manager responsible for recruitment. Next step was to spend day in office for in person meetings. Unfortunately, ERM did not follow through with that. Sent multiple polite email follow ups and reminders without receiving any answer until it became it would be inappropriate to send any further. I suspect ERM took a mercenary approach to recruitment - were interested to find out more about my insights on the market and when there was no immediate fit they were happy to drop it midstream without courtesy of closing the conversation. Eventually I came to conclusion this is probably not the best employer to work for - of they behave like this in recruitment then imagine what they must be like to work for.
