A justifiable interview process that discusses one's career goals and growth not only in the company but overall. Does not discriminate what so ever and are "Equal Employment Opportunity" employers.

Why are you interested in ERM? (and the role applied for)
1. Phone screening (Few days after resume submission)
2. Pre-interview questionnaire (Immediately after phone screening process)
3. Interview (Approximately a week after submission of the questionnaire. Interview was conducted with a HR representative and an ERM partner. Interview lasted around 75 mins / 1 hour 15 minutes)
4. Assessment (2.5 hr test - First part was an analytical test which took around 30 mins while the next part was a written test that took around 2 hours to complete. Results were known the next day via phone call)
