Applied online and filled out general info and my past experiences. I got a reply after about a week and HR setup a zoom call. The lady who interviewed me was really friendly but not always clear as to what she wanted to know about my past experiences. She also asked me about how I would react in a series of scenarios. Lastly she asked me if I had any questions for her.

The interview turned out to be a bit awkward, as I was not familiar with the processes of the consultant role (I want to highlight it was a junior position), and I was asking questions about the role. They may have resulted in never being notified back.

Het was een aangenaam gesprek met vriendelijke mensen. Je voelt je snel op je gemak en ze stellen niet al te moeilijke vragen. Het is een normaal gesprek tussen twee of drie personen waarbinnen je elkaar beter leert kennen.

More of a conversational style interview, I could ask questions during the interview. They asked lot's about my experience/background, specifically about climate modelling, quantitative skills, statistical analysis. The interview was done over teams and I was interviewed by 2 principle consultants.
