I was contacted by email, I was asked if interested in an (undefined) intern position, I said I was and wanted to know more so then had a phone call as a first step of the selection process

In general they asked my my background (study, previous working experiences) and my interests for the future. They also clarified the different "areas" inside ERM, and which one specifically was looking for interns at the moment of the interview.
