The interview took about a half a day of talking to a number of differnet practice groups in the office. The process allowed for good exposure to the different practice groups at the office and a chance to meet a number of people at the office. The company even took me out to lunch where we got to talk more about general "getting to know you" things as opposed to work things. Overall good interview process.

Human resources (HR) from ERM reached out to me to inquire about my interest in the job opening. I had two initial phone screenings with HR, one in-person interview with the team at the ERM offices, and one follow-up video conference interview. The team and the HR representatives were very nice and cooperated in scheduling the first interviews within a few days. After the in-person meeting, however, communications from ERM were seldom and not very timely. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the grammatical errors in the few written communications I received. I received a verbal offer and decided to decline.

They asked me about my previous fieldwork experience and tested my technical aptitude with questions related to how to calculate certain indicators for a pump and treat system.
