Got initial screening call from the talent manager where I told about myself and my experience and then arranged another phone call with the tech lead. Two days later had a phone call with the tech lead where we talked for 10 min - nothing concrete, just about my experience again. After the second phone call, I got an on-site interview, where I spent 2.5 h talking to 3 different people. At the end of the interview I was told that things were looking very promising and they are pretty sure that I should get the job. I got a reply 2 days later, saying that they chose someone more experienced.

Nice, easy going discussion with IT Manager and Technical Lead, focused on experience and specifics details of each previous role. Single round of interviews with both IT Manager and Technical Lead followed by the offer.
