Der Ablauf des Bewerbungsprozesses gefällt mir gut, da er klar strukturiert und zügig ist. Im ersten Gespräch lernt man sich gegenseitig kennen, was eine gute Grundlage für den weiteren Prozess schafft. Anschließend folgt ein Online-Test, der meine Fähigkeiten prüft. In der dritten Runde präsentiere ich dann vor Ort ein Projekt. Dieser Aufbau ermöglicht eine umfassende Einschätzung und macht den Prozess transparent und effizient.

Sencillo, pocos pasos. RRHH y prueba técnica. También competencias para trabajar en equipo. También suelen requerir que tengas buen nivel de inglés. Suelen responde rápido si sigues en el proceso.

ERNI recruiting process is pretty simple (I think it's one of the flaws of the company), it consists -mainly- of three different steps:
1. Phone interview with Human Resources
2. Technical interview (just talking, no task)
3. Interview with a mid-level manager
