Domande di colloquio per Java Developer presso EROAD

They have a general IT test, a technical interview with the HR and another technical interview with the team, I think I didn't reach that part. It's weird that they have a written test and a programming test and they test you again with these things with the HR. What do they know about these things though?

First was an mcq that contains basic java, design patterns etc. There was a SQL query that has joins and another question of Linux commands. The second test was to write a simple programme that read a csv and get coordinates and find the time zone and write back to the csv
