All this process took place and it took almost 3 weeks as all the process takes time ,After that the salary discussion takes place once you have cracked the interview.Overall the process is very smooth and good.

The interview was a three-step process where I had to write a test first, followed by an interview with their HR and marketing person. Those who cleared those two rounds were then evaluated by the company's marketing head. The overall process was smooth, the people were very courteous and respect the candidate's time/availability.
