First you send the CV, then you have a seminar with the group where you will be working. afterwards a private interview with the beamline scientist and group head. a meeting with the HR follows, but it's mostly to explain the contract and similar. to be noted, I had the interview in covid time, so via zoom

I communicated mainly with the HR and the beamline sciantist seemed to be annoyed by having to be there. Everything was very formal and the decision took them more than a month, but then they wanted decision within two days
