I applied for ETM on April 6th, and was emailed a pre-interview questionnaire April 21st. I had a phone screen interview with a senior engineer on May 7th. I did not have an onsite interview until August 6th because of COVID-19. The interview included two exams one on mechanics and one on electronics. I was not informed of a mechanics exam until I was onsite. After the exam there was four rounds of interviews with four different engineers. In total the process took 5.5 hours. I received no feedback on the interview and received a two sentence long rejection email three weeks after the interview on August 26th. When a candidate invests 5 hours of there time not including the questionnaire and phone screen interviews the very minimum the company can do is offer feedback on the interview.
