I had a first call with HR (general screening:experience, education, motivations) and a few days later another call with the hiring manager. They were supposed to get back to me before the end of the week of my 2nd interview, which didn't happen. I sent a follow up email which remained unanswered. I received a refusal template with almost no feedback (competences not aligned with a Junior position where they were looking to hire someone willing to learn) the following days: disappointing and disrespectful.
