I applied for a Marketing Lead role on Linkedin, and one month later, a recruiter reached out for an interview for a ‘Director of Marketing (Branding) role with the same job description, requesting an interview for later that week. After several attempts, I confirmed a date and time for this call, and the appointed recruiter didn’t join the video call. I phoned the recruiter directly, and they mentioned they were now unavailable to have a call and would share my CV with the hiring manager. Then, I was ghosted and never heard from the recruiter again. I wish the team the best, but this experience has illustrated the company culture at ETS.
