The first interview is very quick, about 15 minutes at most with the CEO; basic questions and an overview of the company. 2nd interview is much longer and again with the CEO. Very informational goes over position, pay, benefits etc. Both went very well, CEO is a really cool guy, good sense of humor made for a great interview
