I had a phone interview with the Group Planning Director where I was asked tactical questions about my research and planning process to test my knowledge and so that he was able to understand my process. Following this I had three 10 minute long in-person interviews with Planning Directors who asked me questions about my experience, and asked for examples of work I had done in the past. Although some the questions were difficult, the interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable. Everyone I spoke with was open, honest and genuine. As each interview ended I became more excited at the prospect of working with such knowledgable people!
