It was good and very domain oriented. Questioning was based entirely on the positions of hiring. The functional position was the one I was looking for because it is non-tech position and there I felt that i could do better than any position.

First was a technical interview where genral java questions were asked
Second was 3 panel interview wheeze soe really interesting questions asked
Final round was general HR round.

pretty frustrating. if u have technical skills u will qualify for HR interview but if u dont have a more good lookig face u will no be selected . not for this post. for sure!!!
