Be prepared with java and sql
Oop's concept are necessary along with exception handling, multi threading.
Also important thing you must know the jdbc connectivity.
Regarding sql you must have a good knowledge OF DDL, DML, DCL, commands and their workings as many question are asked from that part as well.
