First they send a mobile application-based aptitude test which is quite fun. It's kind of a game. After the aptitude test, they send a Java programming test which is developed from a different company. The last step of the process is a interview with a HR.

After taking personality and skill test online + a video presentation, I got invited to take part in 15 min speed interviews. There were no coding question in this phase. It was overall a good experience.

Online test: The questions were based on Logical ability, aptitude, C, DBMS and OOP.
GD : Easy topics were given.
Tech/HR interview : Questions based on projects, programming and HR questions were asked.
Overall the difficulty level was average.
