Interview questions centered around the role such as dealing with difficult or upset customers, including role play. Interview panel did not seem very happy to be there. Having had the interview with the hiring team, which I understand was the only interview, they never provided any further communication and ignored my follow ups. Terrible management/company with little respect for job seekers.
