This was the most misleading and unprofessional experience in beauty or retail that I had ever had interviewing. Coming from an accomplished prior beauty leadership position, I applied because the company contacted me as a loyal, high spending customer of the flagship store/brand. Once the Regional Manager realized my experience, I was treated so unprofessionally, ultimately ghosted. To wittness the unacceptable conduct of the regional and her unprofessional yelling in the back room on a conference call prior to my interview, was a complete turn off. So off putting. The entire store could hear her conduct in the back. For as high end as this brand may be, the employees behaviors don’t match the brand/business. I will never apply there again, nor shop there. I’ve never seen such poor representation for such supposed luxury brand.
