Received positive feedback each step of the way, was given the potential start date as I granted the requested background authorization. Until I was ghosted for more than 2 weeks, It didn't add up, every point of contact with folks from this company was positive, with intent, it had the momentum of a company eager to get working, exactly what I needed. After 2 weeks of phone calls and emails with no response I wrote it off. ....but then they responded. I was told the manager said I wasn't a fit. I never met this manager, only shook his hand as the department supervisor and I closed out our conversation about the job. I think they may have gotten some wires crossed.
