I interviewed for TPRM Role and gave three rounds on interview. 1st Round: Walkthrough of my current role and why I want to Switch 2nd Round: Why I want to join EXL? What you do in TPRM? - Very unapologetic and Rude interviewer who thinks she is some god. Would Never want to work with these kind of people who thinks that if they are in a position they get to be rude. Kept getting distracted and started doing personal task in background. 3rd Round: Director of there TPRM Process, Very Rude sounding and attacking answers to basic questions like I asked about basic Night shift and timings. He goes we have no timings you would be expected to extend shift without extra pay also would have no fixed time may need to login basis client requirement. No worklife Balance. I am okey to do all those things if the work requires me for a day or two but there expactions are higher thn what they can afford to pay.

Round 1: CV Grilling, Puzzles from GFG, Basic questions on prob and stats Round 2: Guesstimate, Basic que on SQL and python, HR questions Overall Interview will be easy if you know the basics
