At first there was an online aptitude test through CoCubes. The questions were average with equal weightage to verbal, reasoning and quant. The shortlisted students were called for the first round of interviews which was a basic screening process to analyse if you are really interested in working with them. The second and final round was a bit more grilling with a few puzzles and more HR stuff. Be confident, prepare puzzles and very basic programming and you will ace it.

The interview started with a pleasant handshake, the interviewer was pretty friendly and just asked regular questions such as why EXL, why analytics, what do you know about analytics, basic c (i had mentioned it in resume), your achievements and simple maths puzzles.

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
