Interview Process was completely aligned with the job requirements.
1. HR communicates at first level and very supportive.
2. Senior Management very flexible and gets straight to the CV, Professional & Inter - personal skills & other interests.
3. Also, interviews were with multiple senior management executives, which actually helped to meet with these professional's with diverse interests.
