It was a one-day process. They conducted three rounds of interviews scrutinising at each level. They ask things from your C.V and basic statistics and econometrics. It was a one on one interview process.

Exl generally asks a lot of questions from statistics and econometrics like p-value, hypothesis testing, distributions etc.
They also ask common puzzles/simple probability questions.
2-3 rounds including 1 technical round and other two combination of both tech and business world. Strong analytical skills will help to crack the rounds. Good commands on SQL, Python and reporting tools makes a great fir

There were three rounds of interviews - Senior Manager, AVP and VP. Overall, it was a smooth experience. The entire process was pretty fast and the recruiter was also very responsive.

Moved quickly and the reqcruiter wanted me to join earlier than I wanted to. They were very pushy but willing to accomodate to my time restrictions. Felt a lot of pressure to onboard immediately despite me having previous commitments.
