There were 5 rounds of interview. To start with there was a round where each one had to introduce themselves or say about something in english. Shortlisted candidates were sent for aptitude test which included english, elementry maths, reasoning and basic computer knowledge. Then it was followed by HR round and then manager ops round. The hiring procedure was quite tedious and went on for 8 hours. This was way back in 2004 when I joined as CCE.
